WHAT IS MULBERRY SILK?
Mulberry silk is the highest quality silk available for purchase. Mulberry silk has its history in China where local farmers grow mulberry trees and harvest the leaves for silkworms to consume. The resulting cocoons are spun into raw silk fibers. Since silkworms are only fed mulberry leaves, the resulting silk is some of the finest available in the world. Mulberry silk is more refined than other types of silk. Products from 100% mulberry silk are among the most durable and produces the most luxurious silk goods.

HAND WASH
You can hand wash your silk by submerging it into cold to lukewarm water using a mild detergent. Gently rub soap in with your fingers (you can add a few drops of hair conditioner to the water for an extra silk feel). Don't use harsh detergents which contain bleaches or brighteners. After gently swishing, and rubbing detergent with your fingers throughout your silk, rinse in cold water until all the suds are gone. After washing lay silk flat on a clean, dry towel. Roll the towel and apply pressure to squeeze out excess water (do not wring or twist the silk fabric). Unroll your beauty cover and lay it flat on another clean, dry towel to finish air drying. Do not tumble dry, air dry only.
MACHINE WASH
Have machine on a gentle cycle using cold to lukewarm water and a mild soap (add a few drops of hair conditioner to the final rinse water for an extra silk feel). After the washing cycle is complete lay silk flat on a clean, dry towel, and roll, the towel and apply pressure to squeeze out excess water (do not wring or twist the silk fabric). Unroll your beauty cover and lay flat on another clean, dry towel to finish air drying. Do not tumble dry. Air dry only. Heat can cause silk to shrink and cause the fabric to dull.
DRY CLEANING
Perhaps the safest option to wash and dry your faux-fur pillow cover is to take it to the dry cleaner. Dry cleaners may have more supplies and exstensive knowledge about fabrics, so they will be able to clean your silk more effectively.
IRON
You can iron silk only once it's dry. Low temperature iron only without steam. We recommend turning silk beauty cover inside out, and placing a cloth on top of the area you’re ironing to prevent potential damage. While ironing be sure to use quick strokes and never allow the iron to linger too long on any one spot.
Note: Most wrinkles in silk can simply be steamed out. If you don’t have a steamer, you can simply hang your silk beauty cover in the bathroom and let it steam while turning on your hot shower. Never spray silk with perfume or deodorant. Never wring dry. Never expose silk to direct sunlight for long periods of time.

Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed, and will be shipped using USPS ground delivery. Orders shipped using USPS ground take to 2-7 business days to arrive. Expedited Shipping options are available. Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM PT (1:00 PM ET) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Ground Shipping is a flat rate of $5, and orders over $100 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for free ground shipping. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Expedited Shipping Options
2ND DAY AIR
2nd Day Air is a flat rate of $15. All 2nd Day Air orders confirmed before 10:00 a.m. PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Overnight Shipping Options
Overnight Shipping is a flat rate of $25. All Overnight orders confirmed before 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. If your order is shipped ground flat rate via USPS, you can view the progress by tracking your package at https://www.usps.com, if you selected 2-day or overnight shipping you can check the progress of your package at https://www.fedex.com or www.ups.com depending on which carrier was used.
Packages with a subtotal of $100 or higher will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. If you would like to either waive this requirment , or if you would like to ask for a signature of less than $100 USD, please contact us at info@thednoblecollection.com and include your order number.
RETURNS
The D. Noble Collection offers returns and exchanges on all orders.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of package arrival date. Item must be new, unused and in the same condition that it was when shipped. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that personalized Items including art cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after we receive your package. Please note processing of returns can take 1-2 weeks.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact a representative at info@thednoblecollection.com with your order number and a detailed description of what item/items you want to return or exchange and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s). For exchanges, please specify the new style /color / size you wish to receive. If you received your package and it's damaged we will provide a return label to ship back package. When received your new package will be shipped out free of charge.
The D. Noble Collection reserves the right to evaluate merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal wear-and-tear.
Please note that availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed.
To complete your return or exchange, please fill out the included Return Form. For exchanges, specify the exchange item and the new style /color / size on the return/exchange form, and include this completed form in your return package.
