Ingredient Breakdown

  • 24k nano gold

Nano gold is another name for gold nanoparticles. Nano gold particles are so small that they’re generally found as a colloidal solution, which means that the gold nanoparticles are suspended in a liquid buffer.

Forming gold into nanoparticles allows gold to be used in areas that are too small for bulk gold. The main properties of Nano Gold in beauty care compositions is to vitalizes the fiber tissues under the skin. It accelerates blood circulation and releases the natural active ingredient transported by the surface of the nano particles.

There are many benefits to gold in skincare products but one of the biggest benefits of having gold in your skincare products is that it activates the process of your cell renewal and rejuvenates your skin. Gold also has natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it suitable for those with acne or other skin conditions.

  • Deionized Water

Deionized water is a true water blank, meaning it assumes the chemistry of whatever product is added to it. To create a chemically sound product, the water can’t contain any impurities that could potentially change the product’s chemical composition. Deionized water does not contain any chemicals or harmful toxins since all of its mineral ions are removed, resulting in bacteria-free purified water.

  • Glycerin

Glycerin is a sugar alcohol derived from plants, petroleum and animal fats. It Attracts moisture to skin and helps your body shed dead skin cells.

Glycerin has many benefits to give you healthier looking skin, leaving the skin feeling smoother and softer. Oily skin that is prone to acne and inflammation will benefit from the skin-soothing properties of glycerin. It draws water from the air into your skin to moisturise it without making it greasy. The humectants in glycerin also locks the moisture into your skin to keep it hydrated.

  • Xanthan Gum

Xanthan Gum is a natural ingredient – or, to be exact, a sugar-based polymer produced by bacteria. Used as a thickening agent and stabilizer to prevent the ingredients used in beauty products and food from separating. Xanthan gum is created when sugar is fermented by a type of bacteria called Xanthomonas campestris. When sugar is fermented, it creates a goo-like substance, which is made solid by adding alcohol. It is then dried and turned into a powder.

It is not known to have any toxic or harmful side effects, can be appropriate for use in natural and organic skincare and is thought to have some hydrating benefits for the skin.

  • Plant Based Collagen

Collagen is a protein made up of amino-acids. Plant based collagen was re-create by scientists using the amino acid structure of collagen by breaking down various plant proteins like hemp, soy, and pea protein, then re-combining specific amino acids to mirror the amino acid structure of collagen. As we age, our ability to store and produce collagen decreases. This leads to natural signs of aging such as wrinkles. This formula can potentially help reduce the appearance of wrinkles and stimulate the body to produce more collagen naturally.

  • Hydrolyzed Soy Protein

Hydrolyzed proteins are proteins that have been broken down into smaller chains of amino acids by reaction with water. Soy Amino Acids result when soy protein is completely hydrolyzed.

Soy proteins are safely used in skin care products. This high quality vegetable sourced protein provides moisture retentive, protective, and sealing films. It adds shine, body, and manageability to beauty products. Soy Protein increases the ability of skin to bind moisture. It also helps to minimize roughness and chapping of skin caused by dry climates.

As we age, our hormone levels drop and our skin, the biggest organ, shows the results. Hydrolyzed Soy Protein helps bring back a youthful radiance in skin care.

  • Hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is naturally produced and present in all tissues and fluids through the body. 50% of the body’s hyaluronic acid is found in the skin, where it facilitates hydration, metabolic processes, and skin repair. Hyaluronic acid is an excellent moisturizer because of its unique capacity to retain water and hold onto moisture, while improving skin hydration and elasticity.

Hyaluronic acid can be obtained in different ways. Biologically through the synthesis by fibroblasts, synthetically and naturally from plant and wheat fermentation. In the case of fermentation, wheat is fermented with specific bacteria, then purified and precipitated. The hyaluronic acid used in our products is made by a vegan-suitable fermentation process. Fermentation takes place in a plant-based growth medium without any animal products or by products.

  • Vitamin C ( Ascorbic Acid)

Is a vitamin found in various foods. Vitamin C is an essential nutrient involved in the repair of tissue. For your skin vitamin C is a potent antioxidant that can neutralize free radicals.Because of its antioxidant properties, vitamin C aids in your skin's natural regeneration process, which helps your body repair damaged skin cells.

  • Vitamin E

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect your cells from damage. Vitamin E is found naturally in our bodies, in certain foods and derived from vegetable oils, primarily soybean oil. This essential nutrient occurs naturally in many foods. Vitamin E  fights off free radicals on the skin, which are a result of daily environmental stressors like unprotected sun exposure and air pollution. Additionally, vitamin E has moisturizing and healing benefits.

  • Grape Seed Extract

Is derived from the seeds of red wine grapes. Made by removing, drying, and pulverizing the seeds of grapes. Grape seed oil is rich, moisturizing and gentle. Grape seed extract delivers vitamin E, a nutrient that concentrates in the membranes of skin cells, hold on to moisture, and even out your skin tone.

Grape seed extract doesn’t just help protect cells from free radicals; it scavenges throughout the body collecting free radicals. Overall the benefit to your skin is that fine lines and wrinkles are minimized, and skin looks radiant and youthful.

  • Rose Essential Oil

is the essential oil extracted from the petals of various types of roses. extracted through steam distillation, or obtained through solvent extraction. Valued for its array of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Rose essential oil has intense hydrating properties which is great for quenching dry skin and also offers astringent properties to help battle acne, redness and inflammation. With such a complex concentration of antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins, the ingredient helps to minimize redness and soothe irritation – making it ideal for all skin types.

Crispus Powder is a skin conditioning agent in the form of fine powder comprised of dried ground Chondrus crispus seaweed (also known as Carragheenan or Irish Moss). It is rich in trace elements, polysaccharides and micronutrients. Due to it being a seaweed extract it is packed full of vitamins and minerals which are vital to the maintenance of healthy skin. This powder is also very useful in the control of viscosity in an overall product.

  • Glucomannan

Glucomannan is a food additive used as a thickener. It is a natural, water-soluble dietary fiber extracted from the roots of the elephant yam (a crop), also known as konjac. Konjac powder is highly absorbent, and can suck up tremendous amounts of liquid, and in liquid, soluble fibers form viscous gels.

  • Algin (Alginic acid)

Algin is a gummy substance obtained from certain seaweeds, more especially those of brown algae. It’s distributed widely in the cell walls and used for thickening. It is a polysaccharide which is hydrophilic and forms a gum when hydrated.

  • Potassium Chloride

Potassium chloride is a naturally occurring mineral. It is one of the minerals present in sea water that can be extracted through traditional solar evaporation. It serves as an important electrolyte in the body and gelling agent in beauty products.

  • Citric Acid

Citric acid is an organic acid naturally found in citric fruits. It is an alpha hydroxy acid used in personal care products to adjust the acidity or promote skin peeling and re-growth in the case of anti-aging products. When applied to skin, citric acid can slough off dead skin cells and speed new cell turnover. The latter promotes new skin growth that can help alleviate the appearance of age spots, acne scars, small wrinkles and areas of uneven tone and texture.

Cutric acid is a natural preservative and is used to help preserve cosmetics and personal care products by bonding metals.

  • Synthetic Fluorphlogopite

Is a fluorine substituted mineral composed of magnesium aluminum silicate sheets, weakly bound together by potassium. Synthetic fluorphlogopite is a synthetic mimic of a natural mineral that functions in cosmetics as a bulking agent and a viscosity-increasing agent.

This ingredient does not cause sensitization due to the large size of the particles of this compound, it is thought that only a very limited amount of the substance will penetrate the skin, preventing the leaching of fluoride ions and aluminium into the body in any significant quantity. found to be safe as used in cosmetic products.

  • Diazolidinyl Urea

Is an antimicrobial Water-soluble preservative used in cosmetics known for its hydrating properties. It is made from synthetic ammonia and carbon dioxide. It is a protection against yeast, bacteria, and molds that cause spoilage. It acts as a formaldehyde releaser. Urea has beneficial water-binding and mild exfoliating properties for skin. It also slows the loss of moisture from a product during use. When used in the formulation of skin care products, Urea increases the water content of the top layers of the skin. The Urea found in cosmetics and personal care products is synthetic and not animal derived.

Like many other naturally occurring compounds of our skin, urea decreases with age making us more susceptible to dryness and wrinkles.

Although Diazolidinyl releases toxic formaldehyde, the amounts are too small to pose a threat to human health. The Cosmetic Ingredient Review (CIR) Expert Panel considers Diazolidinyl Urea safe to be used in cosmetics up to a maximum concentration of 0.5%.

  • Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate

Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate is a water-soluble preservative. It’s a crystalline powder that contains iodine. It is used in a wide variety of cosmetics and personal-care products.
